I cut the recipe in half using 1 cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup red raspberries. Makes 1 cup of jam. I also cooked with a lid on the saucepan throughout to retain the moisture. It seemed to take a lot longer than 5 minutes for the blueberries to soften and a lot shorter than 15 minutes for the chia seeds to thicken up.
Haven't tasted it yet. Will update when I do.
