Very tasty! Came together quick and easy. I didn't fully melt the coconut oil and the eggs weren't room temp but it still mixed well. I also mixed the liquids together first then added the dry without premixing them to reduce dishes. They cooked in about 17 minutes and had a yummy crunchy top!
