I made it in the Instant Pot by cooking onion, garlic & chorizo on saute. Added the rice & broth. Cooked for 6 min, released pressure. Then added the peas & Parmesan.
Plenty of food and flavor.
I think this really depends on the quality and flavor of the chorizo. I used plant-based chorizo (which wasn't the best & made it salty). I'd make again with different chorizo.
