I didn't have orzo so I subbed quinoa instead. I added a half teaspoon of basil, 1/4 teaspoon of ginger & used 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. I used 3 tablespoons of butter & added a few drops of sesame oil to the miso butter. I sautéed some fresh mushrooms, celery & onion & added those as well. I garnished with sesame seeds. Great recipe & easily adaptable for a one dish meal. Next time I will add some broccoli & bell peppers.
