This wasn't terrible, but I don't think I'll make it again. I feel like scrambling the beaten eggs before mixing them in with the flour and meat mixture made it too dry, and not enough like dough to stick together. The dough was too dry and crumbly. The taste of the cooked dish was good, but we had to eat them out of bowls, so not a great travel option for us.
