I chose to make mini bite-size muffins. Replaced the milk with unsweetened almond milk & used one 200gm tin of pears diced small instead of fresh pears. Swapped white flour for wholemeal s/r flour. With half the batch, I placed almonds on top , the other half no almonds. Delicious! Made in the airfyer with silicon mini muffin trays. 12 minutes baking time. Pre-heat airfryer at 180, bake the muffins at 180 celcius for 5 minutes only to get them rising well, then turn down to 160 Celsius for the remaining 7 minutes. Follow recipe instructions for cooking time if not doing mini muffins as I did.
