Best tritip I've made!!! Don't skip the sauce, but reduce chiles if you don't like a ton of heat. I used 3 Thai chiles. Spicy, but not overly so. Served with steamed jasmine rice. 10/10. I located the Sichuan peppercorns at the Asian market.
