Never again
It took twice as long to cook to get to the 165 internal temperature. It’s possible my chicken breasts were from some large breasted hens. When they were done they wouldn’t shred. Chicken chunks were flying everywhere! I then attempted to shred with 2 forks. It was like trying to shred a rubber bouncy ball. We’ll be having grilled cheese for dinner tonight.

I'm sorry! Seems that either your pan was to low of a temperature or your lid didn't fit correctly.
