I definitely brined them for 48 hours! For more tea flavor, strengthen the tea with more teabags! All in all, this was a yummy dish! Add more herbs and some smoked (not plain) paprika! Make sure you have full fat buttermilk! Cooked to chef temp 140° and let rest. Perfectly juicy!
