Very good, sticky and sweet sauce recipe. I couldn't find Carolina Reaper powder, so subbed ghost pepper seasoning. Surprisingly, these were not very hot, though I did go sparingly on the powder. I will definitely add more next time.
I highly recommend making the sauce in advance, because it really needs to simmer a long time in order to thicken up more. Flavour wise, it was delicious, and I had some left over afterwards!
An excellent wing recipe, I will definitely make again, maybe adapting the sauce to different sodas and flavours.
