I've read other comments that said they found it to be dry, however, I pounded the breasts so they were all of the same thickness and we found them to be very moist. I am not a huge onion lover but the caramelized onions were really sweet. I served it with baby roasted potatoes and roasted asparagus. I will make it again. Delicious!!
