Was really good and flavorful. I read some others notes about the marinade timing. What we did was used a grill brush to apply the marinade and let it sit for a half hour on a plate. Our mistake was I didn't drain out the excess marinade that was in the cap and it didn't really allow that side to get those grill char marks like the dome did. The excess marinade I applied to the dome after flipping it on the grill. Would make again!
