This received overwhelming compliments amongst my guests. Some asked for 2nds! I only used the zest from 1 lime in the batter. I don't particularly want to see lime flecks in my pie. One lime gave it that little extra tang of lime. I used the suggestion to substitute 1 can of sweetened condensed milk with Greek yogurt. So good! I made 2 pies - one with gluten-free "graham" cracker crust and the other with the traditional crust. This will be my go-to key lime pie.
