Didn't really follow any measurements outside of the garlic and the vegetables and did most everything to taste, turned out amazing and cheesy. I'm not usually a fan of bell peppers either, but they really turned out great in this. The cooking time is a bit longer than advertised, especially if you prefer a bit more browning on the vegetables when you saute them, but overall it's an easy and delicious dinner that works well for lunch if you make extra.
