Couldn't be easier. Mine needed another 5 minutes,but my oven runs cool. Doesn't matter. Throw it in a pan and don't fuss over it and it will great. I usually prepare the pan with some baking spray,,but I'm not sure it's necessary. Ice cream is a classic with this, but consider a vanilla custard sauce if you are traveling with it. Great for barbecues, but it would be welcome as a brunch dessert, too. Baking times and temperature are flexible with this, so you could even bake it a Dutch oven when camping.
