We used fresh basil from our garden and made fresh pesto for this recipe. I increased the garlic and added spinach to the mix. I marinated chicken breasts in Northern Tuscany Italian dressing, a ton of garlic and salt and pepper., oregano, basil, and lemon juice. I served it with Penne pasta and my hubby loved it! I may even brine the chicken for 2 days next time, even though this had some flavor. Chicken breasts are much in need of flavor, so I will check that option out as well. It is a keeper!
