OMG, straight into the soup Hall of fame. I can't believe I made something that tastes this good! I'll be making this again and again until everyone i know has tasted it.
I used Kallo veggie stock instead of chicken as I don't eat meat. For this reason i also didn't use the beef bouillon, but I didn't need to substitute anything in as it was already great by that point. I subbed half of the cream for sour cream, just for fun (highly recommend). I doubled the recipe which meant dealing with an entire bunch of thyme (any tips for getting the leaves off thyme fast welcome), but it was worth it.
