This is an excellent recipe, and providing you cut your potatoes small and keep the potatoes in a single layer, you'll cook them in the time suggested.
However, if you want them crispy, cook them for 30 minutes and shake at 15.
These were very easy to make, and came out looking like the quintessential perfect potatoes!
Although I served them as a dinner side, a part of me is quite excited at the thought of making them as a breakfast side in the future.
Notes: I peeled and trimmed my potatoes to make them easier to cut into perfectly even cubes.
I did just enough to make a single layer in both drawers of my double drawer air fryer. This was about eight small to medium potatoes, and was the perfect amount to serve four adults as a side.
