Absolutely fantastic. I could eat this over and over. I used Sazon (Puerto Rican broth seasoning from the international aisle), Sriracha, and added cauliflower, kale, grape tomatoes, and pulled chicken. Mushrooms might have been nice. Make sure everything is a little al dente. You want that "bite". The lemon is crucial. Get pre-chopped ingredients to speed the process. Next time I might try a Vietnamese spin on it with ginger and lemongrass and cilantro.
