If it is powdered you should be ok. Look at the serving size on the bottle to know how much to add to your water so you don't add too much the first time. After that it is a matter of personal taste, experience, and expertise. Just remember that if you get "detox flu" you're probably going to fast. To fix the "detox flu" take 1/4 teaspoon of natural salt (I really like Himalayan Pink) stirred into 6 - 8 oz of spring water. Followed by 12 - 16 oz of more water. Repeat every 30 - 45 minutes until copious urinating begins. The achy muscles, stomach ache, etc. will all disappear.

What I saw wasn't powdered though. I did order ancient nutrition multi collagen advanced detox though I think was powdered.

Check the ingredients. Some of those "detox" drinks are just drinks. And some have detox ingredients, but there is so much other poisons, or wrong combinations, they don't do what they say they will.

If you have a blender strong enough to make a frozen smoothie, you can get the ingredients and powder your own. Just don't powder too much herb at once. Even an old style Vita Mix can only handle so much. If you have a spice grinder that would be awesome.

By the way, this particular recipe would not be a meal replacement. There isn't enough nutrients in it. And there is even less because it calls for cooked beets.

You could try, but chances are you'd break the glass. Dried beetroot is like rock and you would need something with hammer mill blades and composite outside. What makes you think you need to detox with beetroot? There are so many better detoxes. Celery is THE best, most gentle, detox made on earth. Add lemon for a liver detox bar none. Add Epsom salt to deep cleanse your intestines. I mean, beetroot? What is it good for? Increasing brown fat? Ok. Whatever. Most people want less fat, but if that's what you need, ok. I guess the strawberries might help your skin. You would be far better off with beet leaves and dinosaur kale, I think, anyway.
