The other week, I decided to make a Taco salad on yet another hot day, but didn't want to cook it in a skillet or smell up the place.
After my Breakfast Instant Pot Piña Colada Oats were distributed & put away, I washed my Pot & used my Pot yet again!
My first time doing Taco Meat in the Instant Pot, & at first, it looked concerning, so no picture. But once it cooled off and I crumbled it up - it was just fine! I assembled the taco salad into layers in jars.
I used the President's Choice taco seasoning, which is our favourite. Al Pastor is soooo yummy with a hint of pineapple.
Just in time for Taco Tuesday-my family & I gobbled it up!
