I used a 13x9 pan, 8 loin chops, just 1 onion, and used 3/4c heavy cream and 1/2c milk. I seasoned the chops before browning, also seasoned the onion mixture.
Flavor was awesome, but potatoes needed more time. I suggest removing chops after 60 minutes and baking for another 15-30minutes.
