Not bad! I went a little on a different path due to dietary needs. During my fasting period I have to remove the use of oil from my food and cooking.
The roasted potatoes were great (I just pan fried them in quarters before adding them in with the chickpeas and broccoli). I made an oilless tahini paste- which was so finely ground - to go on and it added a nice flavor to the dish. And to cook everything without oil - I just used little, little splashes of lemon juice. Lastly, no Aleppo pepper, but I had crushed red pepper flakes.
I am making it again for lunch tomorrow; just don’t do what I did and accidentally dump black pepper over the final product. It was louder than it should have been in seasoning. Thank you for the recipe!
