Liked because it was simple. But:
--added no salt and it was still salty. Use salt-free butter.
--used 3 eggs instead of 1 because some said it was crumbly. That worked too well, even though I
--doubled the flour
If I were to do it again, I'd still double the flour and add one additional egg. It didn't taste so bad but definitely wasn't like bread this time around.
