I've made these twice. The first time I kept them in the fridge all night just because I made them late at night. They were good but became very fudgey. The second time I never put them in the fridge. I preferred them that way. They stayed more fluffy! Also I saved only a little bit to put over the top. It's more of a decorative thing than for flavor. I thought less did more. Also!! The second time I did not chop the chocolate because it just felt unnecessary. It melted just fine in the sugar butter mixture. I didn't even have to put it back in the microwave. Unsure if these are supposed to be kept in the fridge, I didn't see it in the recipe. Definitely make sure the cheese cake ingredients are room temperature as stated in the recipe.
