So quick and easy! Doubled everything and it tasted great. Low heat for the garlic so it doesn’t burn, added 2x chopped tom, then 1x veg stock pot, 1tb caster sugar and 2tbs tomato purée and simmer for about 10mins. Defo make when in a rush!
