Skipped the marinate. Bought stir fry beef at the store. Would probably go with a more tender beef next time but very good otherwise. I added a little bit of taco seasoning and just a slight pinch of cayenne pepper. Might leave the cayenne pepper out next time.
Did not have cilantro powder so I used paprika with a little bit of liquid smoke for a smoked paprika substitute.
Served with Spanish rice
