Added the salt to hot water and dissolved before making the dough. Had to add extra flour so that the dough wasn't so sticky. I weighed the water instead of adding the milliliters. Next time I will just try to add the milliliters. Could probably make four out of this recipe and just have smaller pancakes. Also, used a whole bunch of scallions on this recipe rather than just the two scallions. I loved how chewy this recipe was. I made a simple sauce of mirin Tamari, chili oil, sesame seeds. Fried in avocado oil
