Made the rub, which I used to coat my wings: those I cooked in my air fryer. I served them with a baked potato, but they would be equally delicious with a salad.
This came out wonderfully spicy, but not overly so, and was definitely enjoyed by the whole family. We appreciated the lesser amount of mess than a glaze causes, and enjoyed the salty savoury flavour too.
I'm a spice wimp, and these were spicy to me, but not to my spice loving family 😂
