I doubled the recipe, adding 1 1/2 tablespoons of red Thai curry paste, a tablespoon of white miso paste & used only 4 tablespoons of tamari sauce instead of six. (Otherwise, the dressing would have been overwhelmed with salt.) To the salad, I added broccoli, celery, cilantro & radishes. I wrapped the salad in rice paper & added shrimp for extra protein. Delicious!
