I couldn't find the baking temperature so I looked up a couple of other recipes and ended up baking them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes. I am at 5000 feet elevation. Flavor is very good, I received three compliments. Some came back for thirds. Size is small to very small. I tried to make it 100% whole wheat and natural yeast. I think that 100% whole wheat needs a different technique than this recipe.
