Super easy and flavorful! I used two bags of frozen 12oz edamame pods and air fried them dry and frozen for 5 min, and stirred them. Then I added some sesame oil and some soy sauce and air fried 5 more min. In a bowl, I sprinkled with some coarse sea salt. Sesame seeds aren't necessary. Sesame oil is optional. It made about 1 frozen bag worth of shelled edamame (mukimame). I bet I could also buy shelled edamame and cook it the same way. My picture is of one of the cooked bags; I air fried in two batches.
