Needed a bit of paprika paste for color and taste. But it turned out pretty decent otherwise. It looked too soupey at first so I removed a bowl's worth of liquid. But the potatoes quickly drank up the rest. So don't fall for that trap. Leave it soupey. Added to my go-to recipes.
