Under 30 minutes

Very clean cod dish! Cooking time took the entire 15 minutes (in the oven) and the 10 minute steam time (out of the oven) at the 450 oven temp. I added a bed of asparagus below the fish, and put some lemon peels & wedges on top. Turned out great.
