This was good! I used more italian sausage and a little less ricotta than what it called for, and I subbed Alfredo sauce instead of red (my husband is weird and doesn't like red sauce). I'd like to try it with hot Italian sausage for a little kick next time. Easy to make but a little time consuming, so it'll likely be more of a special occasion meal since we're so busy.
