Used 3+ lbs tomatoes. Added Walla Walla onions and 2x garlic. Thyme, sage and rosemary. Blended and added 1 lb Italian sausage and 1 lb Angus meatballs, red wine pasta water. Simmered 2 hrs. Delish.
