This has always been a favourite. It's easy to make, it just takes a while. I didn't have time to wait the 1-2 hour cooling of the meat, so I left it on the bench for about 30 minutes, then continued with the recipe.
Used premium beef mince instead of lamb, used frozen corn instead of the peas, and I didn't have any tomato paste so I just left it out completely. Still tastes amazing.
