Next time I will get the proper ingredients. I was out of bananas and eggs so I used substitutes (chia seeds and applesauce). It made the batter way too thick that is wouldn't pour so I added oatmilk. It was perfectly consistent in batter, but it won't cook. Definitely took me more than 30 minutes just to make a few pancakes. Please follow directions and get the proper ingredients. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤷♀️

The applesauce, if it was very thick, was a good idea to replace the banana. The chia seeds are what was wrong. If you had ground flax seeds they would have worked.
