Made 3 full servings but it's rich enough I wished half the meal was a salad. I liked the amount of liquid but I would use more spinach next time. I used frozen cooked and diced chicken by thawing it in the pot first (3 minutes ish), removing it, and then adding it back during the final 5 minutes of the orzo cooking. Worked well
Note for next time is I want to try it with a few tabs of butter instead of cream. I have no use for the little bit of cream left in the carton and butter is more fridge stable
