I make this meal for my family often! I don’t normally leave reviews but this one is worth it and a huge hit in my house! I fallow someone else’s instructions to cube the chicken for quicker cook time and I do that every time! I’m someone who likes to play with recipes but this one I leave alone, if my family could handle spice I would probably add Serranos! We like this dish with a side of tortillas, so good!!!!!
