I hadn't zatar so I have replaced it with maioram, oregano, powdered coriander and garlic. Veggies were fast to make, quite spicy so I served dish with bulgur. I made chicken in electric grill, it was very juicy. Overall if you are fond of Mediterranean tastes, it should be ok for you. In my household I gave this dish thumb up, but the rest says that meat is awful and that dish is in "never again" category.
