The recipe makes 3 in cupcake pan. It tastes really bitter. I think too much cocoa powder. The center was not liquid. Next time maybe change the temp to 350° or reduce the cook time. I see that other recipes call for egg yolk and vanilla extract so may try to add that. I had it with ice cream and that helped but I would definitely change the ratio for cocoa powder and change cook temp/time. It was moist but too bitter for me.
