We loved this cake as did the company we served it to. Very moist, rich and decadent and one of the easiest cakes I've ever made. I baked it in a pan that had 8 wedge shaped wells. I melted some dark chocolate chips into some heavy cream and spread on top of each wedge after they cooled. For me the chocolate was a little intense but my husband (a certified chocaholic) absolutely loved it.
