Really nice and tasty. Felt like a meal you'd get in a restaurant!
I only used 2x duck breasts as I was cooking for two, so I halved the amount of sauce in the recipe and it was about the right amount. I used less sugar and topped up with a little bit of honey after the heat was lowered.
I would personally use a bit less salt / seasoning on the potatoes next time, but this may be a difference in the size of potatoes I used versus the original recipe creator.
Will definitely make again!
