This was exactly what I was craving. The richest, chocolatey chocolate cake I've tried in ages. I did cheat and use real butter for the Icing though. Used 2.5 cups of Icing sugar and had leftovers which I've chucked in the freezer for another time. I also used a larger baking pan and made one layer so it needed longer in the oven which made the edges slightly crispier and the centre more molten. Overall may become my go-to for standard chocolate cake.
