One of the best spicy tofu recipes ive had. I have made this several times this past month. It will be my go to.
I add zucchini to the bell peppers and green onions.
I use my air fryer to cook my tofu instead of frying. Its less messy and more firm. I generally marinate it then toss with corn starch before cooking.
I may just add a little cornstarch to the sauce and skip tossing the tofu to reduce mess. But it needs to thicken and stick to the tofu and veg for the proper mouth feel.
