So tasty! I doubled this recipe and baked it all in one glass dish for about 45 minutes. I added less milk than directed and that worked well for me - I'd recommend anyone else trying this holds some milk back as it may not all be needed. For me, 1x the recipe is 4 servings.
I used frozen blueberries and that worked a treat. Add them as late as you can to avoid turning the whole thing grey.
The subtle lemon flavour is really nice, if anything I would go for even more and add a teaspoon of lemon extract or an extra lemon zest.
