i made this for an event and made an practise cake but it was too small so i doubled all ingredients. i live in the netherlands so i dont have access to cake flour so this is an easy option;
add 1/5 maizena to whatever amount wheat flour.
i did 400g in total, so i added 80g maizena to 320g wheat flour.
it tastes amazing and i reccomend buying fruits for ontop!
