Delicious and mild flavor. We neglected to read directions so everything went into one bowl mixed together (egg whites were not separated and whipped) but still turned out great. A double batch made 18 waffles (in a standard 4 square waffle iron). Toddler approved. Would pair great next time with a sweet cream cheese drizzle
