I doubled the recipe, using one pound of ground turkey & one pound of ground mushrooms. I also used a shallot, fresh garlic & fresh parsley. In addition, I added a teaspoon of oregano & a teaspoon of smoked paprika. The mixture was pretty moist because of the mushrooms so I didn't add any milk.
For the glaze, I used tomato sauce, a tablespoon of red wine & a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar glaze. I added the glaze halfway through cooking & let the loaf cool completely in the pan before removing & slicing. Will make again!
